Maroon Winata, calon dokter, yakin bahwa Donald-nya benar-benar ada. Sejak pertemuan pertama di Westminster Abbey, pada hari terakhir Maroon kecil di kota London, sampai Maroon di Jakarta dan berjuang menyesuaikan diri dari lidah bule ke bahasa ibunya, Donald adalah teman bermain dan belajar.
Maroon dan Donald dewasa bertemu, namun mereka belum menemukan tali penghubung memory masa lalu mereka. Nasib mempermainkan mereka. Lalu muncullah David yang tampan dan kaya. Lelaki itu percaya destiny telah mempertemukannya dengan Maroon. Memory dan destiny dalam hidup Maroon pada akhirnya menunjukkan bahwa Tuhan menjadikan segala sesuatu indah pada waktunya.

Maroon Winata, a medical student, was convinced that her Donald did exist. Since their first meeting at Westminster Abbey, on the last day little Maroon was in the city of London, till Maroon was in Jakarta and struggled to adapt from her English tongue to her mother tongue, Donald was a mate to study and to play with.
The older version of Maroon and Donald met again, but they did not find the connecting thread of their past memory. Fate was toying with them. Then, there was David, a handsome and rich guy, who believed that destiny has made him meet Maroon. At the end, both the Memory and Destiny in Maroon's life showed that God makes everything beautiful at its time.
